Asthma & Exercise

Today was my second class at prenatal yoga. It was so awesome. I met some new people, and the poses were challenging yet relaxing on my body. There are some where it requires me to “rock” Baby Bean back and forth, which is odd and yet so intimate at the same time.

Last night I had to use my inhaler for the first time in about a month and a half. I try not to use it to much during this pregnancy. I don’t like to get into the habit of relying on outside drugs and medication to make me feel good, especially when it means Baby Bean may be affected by those medications. The last time I was using the inhaler about once a week (which isn’t much at all, actually) was when I was really, really sick during our honeymoon. Hard time breathing at night, being all congested and stuff.

Right now, I’m trying to keep the house as clean as possible at all times, with lots of vacuuming (thank you, Roomba robo vacuum!!!), and dusting, to keep the dust from being breathed in and out and making me all asthmatic.
